Updated Prices and Policies for 2025
It’s been a wonderful first year for Clean Club! We thank each and every one of our clients for loving your pets, seeking out the best care, and supporting small business at the same time.
In the past year, we’ve been joyfully serving an overfilled schedule! Our vision is to expand to multiple trucks in order to cover more of the Atlanta area. At the same time, Atlanta has welcomed a few large mobile grooming franchises to town – this has made it necessary to make some changes in order to stay competitive in hiring the most talented groomers and to keep up with the rising cost of doing business.
We truly believe we have the best groomers in Atlanta. Based on your reviews, it seems you think so too! We believe our prices should reflect the talent, dedication, and hard work they put in every single day to bring convenience to your front door.
de-matting Policy
For long haired and double coated breeds, an automatic de-matting fee will be added to appointments if it’s been more than 12 weeks since last groom. From there, the groomer can assess how much de-matting is necessary and adjust the price or remove the fee completely. If matting is minimal or nonexistent, they can reduce the price based on the amount of time it takes to remove mats, at a rate of $1 per minute.
Yes, we do still require a de-matting fee if it’s “a complete shave down.” It takes longer to shave down a cast-matted dog and this puts a huge amount of wear and tear on the groomers’ personal tools.
We ask for your honesty about the time between grooms when booking (we will find out about the matting when we arrive, anyway!) We are implementing this policy for two reasons:
- To avoid surprises on our end – It throws off our entire schedule if we arrive to a severely matted dog. This allows us to plan our day with ample time to complete services and is courteous to our other clients who will not have to wait for their appointment.
- To avoid surprises for you – We never want to hit you with surprise fees. This ensures you’re prepared with a more accurate estimate up front that can be reduced, if necessary.
Double coated breeds are included in this policy. Excessive time between appointments can lead to an impacted coat, which requires additional time and care.

Same Day Cancellations
Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee. Our schedule is generally booked out weeks in advance. We are not a salon, there’s no way for us to take walk ins and though we might have a waitlist, it’s not always possible to coordinate schedules with waitlist clients while simultaneously finding a reasonable route for the groomer on the same day. Last minute cancellations can put hours long gaps in the groomer’s schedule and they lose income and the opportunity to service another client.
Cancellations the day before within 24 hours will incur a $25 fee, charged to the card on file or sent via invoice. Late cancellation fees must be paid before booking again.
*This policy does not apply in circumstances where we are running behind our hour arrival window. In these cases we will reach out to reschedule.
Poodles, Doodles, and Double Coated Breeds
Due to the amount of time it takes to dry these breeds, we must make changes to the base price in order to reflect a more appropriate hourly rate. Please see below for rates.
De-shedding
During peak shedding seasons (spring and fall) we recommend adding de-shedding service to your appointment for extra shed-y breeds. Bathing can release even more dead hair and we don’t want to return a pet that’s going to leave more *pet glitter* all over your floor any more than you do! Adding de-shedding ensures we have the time to remove as much hair as possible before returning your dog.
Service Area Changes
Our home base has changed and we are making changes to our service areas to maximize our routes. We know that for some, this might mean finding a new service provider. It’s truly not our desire to see you go, but this is necessary to avoid excessive drive times in our beloved city, which is experiencing a growing population and increasing amounts of traffic. Our hope is to be able to expand to more areas in the future, once we are able to add more trucks to our operation.

Reminder of Existing Policies
Cancellation policy
We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule in order to avoid fees. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $25 fee, charged to the card on file or sent via invoice. Late cancellation fee must be paid before booking again.
Payment
We do require a card on file to book with us. We will not charge this card without sending an invoice or completing check out in person. Your card details are secured via Stripe. We do not have access to your card after saving. We do not accept cash or check for services (tips for the groomer in cash are accepted)
Did you know we can complete services while you're out?
Just like you hire a walker or a sitter to come check in on your dog while you’re away, for your convenience, we are able to coordinate services while you’re at work, out of town, or need to leave to run a quick errand.
please try not to plan anything directly after your appointment
If you’re not comfortable with us returning the dog to your home after completing services, we do recommend that you keep your day open for us. We have an hour arrival window and for most dogs, we ask for two hours minimum after our arrival to complete services. This can be longer for large breeds, double coated breeds, or severe cases of matting. Best practice would be to schedule us for a day when you will not need to leave or can have someone available to receive the pet afterwards.
Invoices
For returning clients only: If you are not home when services are completed, the groomer can send you an invoice via text. You must click on the link, choose a tip option, and pay the invoice. If your invoice is not paid within 48 hours, the card on file will be charge automatically.
Reschedules on our end
We drive a truck that operates 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. Gigi (that’s her name) needs some TLC now and again. We can’t always plan for when Gigi decides she needs a trip to the hospital (mechanic). Our human groomers also have unpredictable lives and schedules, just as you do. Additionally, we are battling weather conditions, ever-worsening Atlanta traffic, and any number of unforeseen events to make it to your door.
Reliability is extremely important to us. Please understand that we will never call to reschedule your appointment without exhausting all options to keep your scheduled time. It’s not recommended to use a mobile groomer if your schedule is so rigid that you cannot accommodate any delays or reschedules.
